Litigation Support for Trial Attorneys
In providing litigation support to trial attorneys, Mr. Perwin does not function as co‑trial counsel, but rather comes in to the case on a selective basis, to work with the trial lawyer on major issues that will be important both to resolution of the case at trial, and also if it reaches appeal.
Mr. Perwin works with trial counsel on summary judgments, motions to dismiss, jury instructions, class certification issues, and post-trial motions. His assistance at trial can be invaluable in ensuring that all possible bases for either defending or attacking a Judgment on appeal will remain available.
